He has answered every phone call, text and email promptly, and when we needed him to make some alterations and adjustments he was round within 48 hours. He is a very tidy and considerate worker leaving the house how he found it. His rates are very competitive for both the installation, system monitoring and annual service. Being a family man himself he was friendly to the children and sympathetic to our comings and goings. I cannot fault his work at all and am very happy with the product purchased and the service provided.

We highly recommend Anderson Systems who installed our remote alarm system. We were delighted with their neat workmanship and for the efficient, professional and friendly manner in which they carried out their work.The system works exceptionally well and we have had no issues with it. It has a very easy set/unset programme. As with all new systems it took us a few days to get used to it and, initially we did have a few minor operational teething issues, but Anderson Systems was only a phone call away to talk us through it or deal remotely with it. We found them to be extremely trustworthy and you can be assured that your home is in safe hands should you wish to go out. All in all we highly recommend them and would rate them an excellent 10/10 in all areas.

I'm delighted with my alarm system which you fitted. I feel very secure both at night when downstairs is alarmed and when I am out when the whole house is alarmed. I have also been very pleased with the response I had when I thought I had a problem (wrongly as it turns out). I have an annual maintenance contract which ensures that I can continue to have complete confidence in the system.
